Running real products without a team

• Design and operate an agent-orchestrated production environment: 10 machines, 25 services, 10 domain-scoped agents under a master orchestrator, each with an explicit blast radius, read-only defaults and mandatory human confirmation for destructive or internet-exposing actions.
• Keep a hard split between execution and system of record: agents diagnose and act, never document or commit. Every change lands as a reviewed commit updating the inventory, the affected runbook and a dated journal.
• Root-cause failures that health checks miss, such as a routing conflict that cut all remote access while every check stayed green, then remove the single point of failure behind it.
• 84 versioned infrastructure releases and 137 reviewed commits in three months (July to October 2026), 20 runbooks, zero destructive agent actions.

• Built a Karate-based test automation suite covering 500+ REST endpoints with 80% API coverage, with stage-specific workflows across dev, staging and production.
• Cut manual QA time by 80% and release testing across DEV, SIT, UAT and sandbox from a full week to 2 days; caught 200+ critical bugs and edge cases through fuzz testing before release.
• Integrated the suite into a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline with DevOps, and wrote the SOPs and a Python sync tool keeping tests aligned with API changes across releases.

• TruBudget (Burkina Faso and Fundação Amazônia Sustentável): adapted an open-source platform now running Burkina Faso's external-finance management; built a custom Express overlay API, QR-based asset tracking in React Native and on-premise blockchain node integration; ran a 10-day technical training for the local IT team.
• Web3 CRM and mobile app: designed a CRM on XMTP messaging and ERC721/1155 product passports; built the React Native client with account abstraction (ERC4337) for a luxury-sector client.
• CBDC Madagascar: evaluated 16 CBDC technology suppliers through patent and whitepaper analysis, shortlisting four providers for the Central Bank.
• Delivered a Web3 curriculum to 400+ consultants and 300+ engineering students across three institutions; built hybrid proofs of concept that helped win contracts.
